You may request a return or refund within 90 days after receiving your order.

To request a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request. We will review your request and provide the return instructions.

We accept returns for both new and used items, provided the items are not significantly damaged or altered. Items may be opened, worn, or used before being returned.

Please do not send your return to the original shipping address. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions by email. When applicable, we will also provide a return shipping label at no cost.

Return Shipping & Fees

Returns are completely free.

We do not charge return fees or restocking fees. For approved returns, Difanlv covers the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Please provide your order number and, when applicable, photos of the product or package. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@difanlv.com.

For eligible exchanges, Difanlv covers the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you when your refund has been processed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
